Terms & Conditions
We are thankful to you for using our vectorize logo services. We want to keep the service agreement transparent. We aim for a clear partnership between you and our studio. By uploading your images and utilizing our vectorization work, you agree to follow the operational rules mentioned below.
Ownership Of Files
Your identity belongs to you. When you submit a raster file, mobile snapshot, or sketch to our platform, you maintain the ownership over that. It will be considered as your asset. We do not claim rights over your proprietary branding and creative concepts.
Our role is to do the vectorization only. We offer professional human hand drawings vector services. Once your payment clears and the finalized file is transferred, you get total ownership of the production-ready vector files. It includes SVG, AI, and EPS versions.
Guidelines for Image Submission
To ensure a clean design process, you agree that you have the necessary distribution rights, trademarks, and permissions for any artwork you send to our server.
We maintain a strict studio policy against recreating protected artwork without authorization. We do not process files that promote discrimination, explicit violence, and harassment.
Delivery, and Adjustments
We execute all projects using precise vector design software managed by real human designers. We work to meet your internal operational deadline. Listed completion estimates are baseline targets rather than strict guarantees. External reasons that are not in our control can introduce technical delays.
Your order includes a dedicated post-delivery window.
You can request modifications within 5 days of delivery. Based on the requests, we will make adjustments to your file as per the original project brief.
Brand-new request, changing reference images mid-way through the process falls outside standard adjustments and requires a separate project quote.
Refunds
We offer dedicated manual design. It takes hours to manually trace a design. Our billing operates on a performance-for-service model. You agree to settle outstanding invoices before downloading finalized high-resolution vector images.
Refunds are applicable for delivery failures. A complete failure to deliver files within a reasonable timeframe. It will be eligible for verifiable technical mistakes that our senior designers cannot fix. Changes of mind, internal company issues, and choosing an alternative post-delivery do not qualify for financial returns.
Account
If you register an account for file sharing, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login keys. Any project submissions, design instructions, and approvals that come from your secure account will be treated as fully authorized by you.
Avoid Misuse
You agree to engage with our portal through standard consumer guidelines. Automated browsing, violating our security parameters, or deploying bots to interfere with our website is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to close active accounts or suspend pending orders if we detect misuse of system activity.
Quality Verification
We create vectors to strict industrial standards. Your files scale beautifully across multiple mediums. However, you retain ultimate operational responsibility for checking the delivered design file for accuracy.
You should check it before sending it to third-party print shops, physical sign manufacturing, and large-scale promotional ads. We are not liable for secondary commercial issues, material costs, and delayed campaigns.
Accept To Changes
To keep updated with web protocols standards, we periodically update these terms. When updates are published, they become active for all new design orders immediately.
