The Information We Need
To turn your images into a clean vector, we only collect the essential info.
Your Contact Details: We need your email address and name. We can send you your finalized vector files, answer your questions, and provide your receipt.
Your Brand Assets: The actual images, sketches, and low-resolution files you upload for us to trace and redesign.
Payment Details: When you pay for a project, that transaction happens through highly secure, encrypted payment processors. We do not store, see, or have access to your actual credit card numbers on our studio servers.
We Keep Your Data Confidential
We are a design studio. We’re not a data broker. We will never sell, rent, and trade your info. This is applicable for email address, contact information, and your company’s logo concepts to any third parties for marketing purposes.
Only selected designers can interact with your uploads. They will be working on your specific project.
What Happens to Your Files?
Your proprietary branding belongs to you. After we deliver your finished AI, EPS, or SVG files, we keep the project data on our secure servers for a limited period. We do this as a backup for you. If you accidentally delete the email containing your files, we can send it again within this timeline.
Once that timeline closes, we clear those files from our active servers. We do that to keep your images safe. It keeps our servers free from unwanted files.

Almost every functioning website uses cookies. We also use cookies. However, we don’t use them to stalk you across the internet. We use basic cookies simply to keep our website running smoothly. We need to remember if you have items in your project request.
